We currently only ship to the U.S.

when will my order be shipped?
All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday)

📦 Proccesing may take up to 1-3 business working days. Orders will not be shipped or processed Saturday-Sunday. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once your package is shipped.

What if my package is lost or damage?
Unfortunately Soulbaddie has no control after handling your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

What if my item is damaged? 
If item is damaged we will ask you to send a few pictures to confirm your item is damaged and then we will ship you out a brand new item with no charge.
